LION+MASON moves to new office premises in central Leeds

LION+MASON is excited to announce our Leeds team has relocated to a new office space at Clockwise Leeds. 

The LION+MASON Leeds team spent many happy years working at The Furnace in Holbeck Urban Village. And while we loved working there, a few new additions to the team and general growth of the business meant we needed to find an office with a little more space.

That’s where Clockwise Leeds comes in. The Clockwise building is divided into a number of contemporary offices, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces. It’s modern, it’s trendy, and it has all the amenities a growing UX Design consultancy like LION+MASON needs.

The building is situated on bustling Greek Street, just a short walk from the beautiful Park Square. Greek Street is a popular business and leisure location in Leeds city centre with its lively and welcoming atmosphere. We think our shiny new office is the ideal place to embrace innovation, grow our business, and continue expanding the team. 

Built in 1937, the Clockwise Leeds building design and architecture offers a glimpse of the Modernist era. It retains many of the original features, although it has been renovated sensitively. With its high ceilings, energy-efficient LED lighting, and an abundance of natural light, it’s a great space for business productivity. 

Here are a few more reasons why we love our new workspace:

  • Convenient for travel: Our new office is just a five-minute walk from Leeds Railway Station. It’s easy for us and our clients to get to, and it’s easy for us to travel to other locations when we need to. 
  • Close to Leeds City Centre: Greek Street sits right in the heart of the city. We’re close to all the city’s key attractions, from museums and art galleries to theatres and restaurants. Perfect for when we want to indulge in a lunchtime shopping trip or after-work drinks! 
  • Ideal for meetings: Our team will have access to the building’s four impressive meeting rooms, two of which can be combined to create a meeting space that will seat up to 16 people. The comfortable meeting rooms have their own video-conferencing facilities, so we’re well equipped for both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Great for networking: Clockwise Leeds runs a regular networking and social events programme. The building also has several informal breakout areas. With this in mind, our team will be able to build positive business relationships with other people working in the building, and we’re excited to be working alongside other like-minded professionals.
